Overview

Information Technology (IT) Coordinator at Experience Scottsdale. The IT Coordinator, under the general supervision of the Senior Director of Operations and IT, provides timely and solution-oriented IT help desk support in an Apple-based environment using Apple devices and Microsoft 365. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with team members and vendors, overseeing equipment tracking and distribution, managing inventory aligned with lease and renewal schedules, and coordinating IT vendor services. Additional responsibilities include supporting equipment and software upgrades, escalating complex IT issues, and conducting training to empower staff and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Solution-Oriented Customer Service : Provide premier customer service for Experience Scottsdale team members from initial outreach to solution implementation, serving as the main contact for IT help desk requests. Coordinate solutions with third-party IT vendors for timely resolution, including advanced troubleshooting and vendor coordination. Collaborate with internal departments to assess technology needs and recommend solutions for efficiency and productivity.
  • Inventory Management : Oversee equipment distribution, shipping, and inventory in coordination with lease expiration and renewal schedules. Maintain accurate IT asset records, including hardware, software licenses, and warranty information. Manage enterprise learning subscriptions and other SaaS accounts. Support facilities improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and IT upgrades as assigned.
  • Vendor Relationships : Manage vendor contract performance and serve as the primary contact for IT help desk vendors. Communicate with IT-related vendors to relay updates and inform staff of forthcoming changes.
  • IT Systems & Policies : Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, monitor system security, and coordinate with vendors to address vulnerabilities. Manage user provisioning, permissions, and deactivation. Support Apple and Microsoft 365 integration, monitor system performance, and address potential disruptions. Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning, including backups and recovery testing. Document IT procedures, workflows, and best practices, and stay informed about emerging technologies with recommendations for improvements.
  • Training : Create instructional resources and conduct in-person and scheduled training for staff on IT topics such as Outlook, Microsoft 365, and CRM usage.

  • Experience supporting an Apple-based environment (MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, and related hardware / software).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 in a Mac environment, CRM systems, and equipment lifecycle management.
  • Preferred :

  • Familiarity with vendor coordination and IT project support.
  • Ability to organize and track equipment lease and renewal schedules.
  • Education & Experience

    High school diploma or equivalent required; a relevant IT certification or a bachelors degree is preferred. Minimum of two years of hands-on experience supporting Apple devices and software, and two years of experience in vendor management or facilities coordination. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

    Work Environment & Physical Demands

    This job operates in an office setting and requires prolonged periods at a desk working on a computer. Experience Scottsdale offers a hybrid work environment, but this position requires consistent office hours and flexibility to be on-site as needed. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, reaching, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

    Position Type & Hours

    This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position. Days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekends as job duties demand.
