Administrative Coordinator, Global CVRM

Are you ready to fuel your ambition and break new ground? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join and support the Global CVRM Baxdrostat team. This is your chance to take on a challenging, proactive, and varied role within our team. You'll be supporting the VP Commercial and Global Franchise Head for Baxdrostat and their team across strategic locations in the US and UK. If you have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and enjoy working closely with others, this opportunity is for you!
Accountabilities :
In this dynamic role, you'll manage extensive diaries, coordinate internal and external meetings, arrange virtual meetings and videoconferences, and handle complex travel arrangements including visas. You'll organize and prepare materials for key meetings, attend team and project meetings, support agenda preparation, take minutes, and track actions. You'll collaborate with managers on budgets, run monthly reports, track T&E, process expenses, and raise purchase orders. As an expert user of business systems like MS Teams, Coupa, Concur, Box, and SharePoint, you'll be a professional point of contact for the department. With strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, you'll engage confidently across all levels of our organization, building networks and supporting colleagues. Your influencing skills will help develop solutions and drive efficiencies. Working independently, you'll adapt to changing demands with flexibility.
