About The Position

Title : Pharmacist Inpatient.

Location : Valentine, Nebraska

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (07 : 00 – 18 : 30)

Job Summary :

Seeking an experienced inpatient pharmacist to work in a hospital setting with a 40-hour weekly schedule and shared on-call responsibilities. Candidate will support medication dispensing, patient care, and clinical pharmacy operations in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and dispense medications accurately according to physician orders and hospital protocols.

Monitor patient medication therapy and provide clinical recommendations.

Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with healthcare staff.

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and safety guidelines.

Perform chemotherapy compounding if experienced and applicable.

Participate in shared on-call duties as scheduled.

Requirements :

Active Nebraska pharmacist license required.

BLS certification required.

Chemo compounding experience preferred.

Must be able to work 40 hours per week and participate in on-call rotation.
