About the Job

Competitive Pay : $20.98-$25.19 / HR

Shift Days : Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Monday–Friday options

Shift Time : 11 : 30a – 8p and 10 : 00pm-6 : 30am

Start Date : ASAP

Department : Patient Care Coordination

Location : Palo Alto

Duration : 4-6 weeks

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 2 years in healthcare or customer service

Experience with scheduling and insurance processes

Basic PC skills (Windows, Excel, Word)

EPIC experience highly preferred

A Day in the Life

Assist high-risk patients with follow-up appointments

Act as a non-clinical liaison and support patient needs

Help patients navigate Stanford Healthcare systems, including enrollment and services

Communicate concerns to appropriate departments and document details

Provide emotional support and practical assistance to patients and families

Coordinate scheduling for inpatient and outpatient care
