Key Responsibilities

Ensure alignment of policies and procedures with organizational values and facilitate collaboration among global volunteers

Lead the response to governance complaints and manage compliance with legal and organizational policies

Develop training and communication materials to educate members and staff on governance policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

10+ years of related experience in both profit and non-profit organizations

Global experience in governance and compliance

Ability to work in matrix and cross-collaboration environments

Experience in managing sensitive and confidential matters

Proven ability to lead risk assessment processes and build risk awareness
