We are currently hiring a Bell Person , a vital front-line ambassador who plays a key role in creating warm and memorable experiences for our guests. From providing a warm welcome upon arrival to assisting with luggage, offering property information, and ensuring smooth departures, the Bell Person helps set the tone for exceptional service throughout each guest's stay. Job Summary :
The Bell Person is responsible for delivering outstanding guest service by assisting with luggage, providing directions and information about the property and local area, and supporting the front office team in ensuring seamless arrivals and departures. This role requires strong communication skills, a helpful attitude, and a proactive approach to guest needs, all while upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism.
