Salary Range : $120,000 - $150,000 salary + Bonus

Job Details

The Electrical Project Manager will oversee electrical projects from estimation through closeout, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills to maintain positive relationships with contractors, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution : Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of electrical and specialty construction projects.
• Team Leadership : Direct and mentor project teams, including assistant project managers, engineers, and field staff.
• Client & Stakeholder Management : Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Budget & Cost Control : Oversee financial aspects, including cost estimation, value engineering, and expenditure monitoring.
• Quality & Safety Assurance : Ensure compliance with industry standards, local codes, and safety regulations; conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
• Pre-Construction Support : Collaborate on design-build and design-assist processes, providing technical input during planning.
• Problem Resolution : Identify and mitigate risks, resolving scheduling or technical challenges promptly.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain project records, contracts, change orders, and progress reports; provide updates to leadership and clients as needed.
