Job Description
Provide patient care in accordance with facility protocols for long-term care residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient condition and report changes to supervising staff.
Document all patient interactions accurately.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) to support resident comfort.
