Job descriptionPatient Volume / Census : 58 patients / day Admissions : No Rounding : Not Included Phone Consults : No Case Mix : 60% IR / 40% Diagnostic (DX) EMR System : Epic Office Equipment Available : Philips angio suites (experience preferred) Specialty Backup Available : IR / DX physicians on staff Support Staff Available : No APP coverage Reason for Coverage : Vacancy (ongoing until full-time hire) Rate : TBD Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : TBD REQUIRED PROCEDURES Biopsy Drainage Tube placement Line placement Nephrostomies Biliary drainages Arterial angiograms (if possible) Licenses : Active NY license Board : Board Certified Certifications : EPIC training required Experience : Experience with Philips angio suites preferred Other Qualifications : Onsite only; no remote reading Perform interventional radiology procedures listed above safely and efficiently Interpret diagnostic imaging (X-ray, CT, Ultrasound) as needed Document all encounters / procedures accurately within Epic EMR Collaborate with IR / DX physician team; work independently without APP coverage Uphold hospital policies, quality metrics, and patient safety standards
