About The Position

Summary :   The Certified Surgical Technologist assists surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures. They prepare the operating room, arrange instruments and supplies, and maintain a sterile environment to ensure patient safety and efficient surgery.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure all instruments and supplies are sterile and ready.
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies.
• Maintain sterile technique and monitor for breaks in sterility.
• Count instruments, sponges, and supplies before and after procedures.
• Clean and restock the operating room after surgery.
