We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Product Manager to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, evolving environment that values innovation and collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of business analysis, technical project management, and agile methodologies to lead product development initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed product requirements.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Manage product backlogs and ensure prioritization aligns with business objectives and timelines.
• Monitor and track progress across development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Lead QA processes, including test case review and issue tracking, to maintain product standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, reports, and insights into project milestones.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI tools and technologies to improve productivity and streamline processes.
• Balance evolving processes and priorities in a startup-like environment, building structure and clarity where needed.
• Support release planning and manage demos to showcase product progress.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
• Proven experience in product management, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and velocity tracking.
• Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira for issue tracking and project management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and write / manage development tickets.
• Demonstrated experience in blending roles such as QA, Scrum Master, and Business Analyst.
• Exposure to marketing or media technology is a plus, but not required.
• Comfort with leveraging AI tools for productivity and process improvement.
• Adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.
