Essential Job Duties:

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Accompany clients on outings, shopping, and errands
• Medication reminders (non-medical)
• Ambulation assistance and safe client transfers
• Follow individualized care plans
• Complete required documentation and charting accurately

Qualifications:

• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred
  (If not registered, we can guide you through the process)
• Prior caregiving experience preferred
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Access to a mobile phone
• Ability to travel within Contra Costa and Alameda Counties
• Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation
