Mechanical Technician and Assembly Lead

Technical Support And Troubleshooting Of Automated Manufacturing Equipment

Provides technical support and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment. Hands-on apply technical knowledge to resolve machine and process issues regarding mechanical, electrical or programming of high-speed automated equipment. Performs corrective and preventive maintenance. Coordinate production associates in the equipment or assigned area. Work together with manufacturing supervisor to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics.

Essential Key Abilities, Skills and Experience :

• Bilingual English and Spanish desired.

• Self-directed.
• Commitment to Safety, by following site safety procedures and applying safety equipment as required for daily tasks.
• High level of mechanical analysis.
• Strong electrical knowledge.
• Electrical diagrams interpretation.
• Experience in Hi-Speed automated equipment.
• Allen Bradley PLC basics programming.
• Servo drives (Kinetix) troubleshooting.
• Vision systems (Keyence, Cognex) knowledge.
• Automation Experience
