As the National Program Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the growth and performance within health systems / IDNs, large practice networks, and infusion centers at a national level for the launch of two key products in the oncology / immunology therapeutic areas.
The National Program Director is expected to build a high-performance sales field organization while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and a sense of urgency towards the achievement of desired goals and outcomes. Your role will involve managing a team of Regional Area Leaders (3), and Account Managers (30), fostering key partnerships, and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business plans while adhering to industry regulations and ethical standards.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $250,000-$260,000. Actual salary will vary based onvarious factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance
