Our client is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Administrator to lead safety and environmental compliance programs within agricultural equipment manufacturing operations. This role is key to promoting a safe workplace, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting employee well-being across fabrication, assembly, and warehouse environments. The EHS Administrator will collaborate with production teams, maintenance, and leadership to drive continuous improvement in safety practices and environmental stewardship.

Please Note : Candidates must be based in either Yuba City or Manteca, CA and will travel between these locations as needed (mileage reimbursed or company vehicle provided).
Responsibilities :
- Support emergency response planning and drills.
- Promote proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.
- Conduct facility inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
- Coordinate safety training (LOTO, forklift, PPE, confined space)
- Manage hazardous waste areas and maintain SDS / chemical inventory.
- Implement and maintain EHS programs ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance on safety in equipment design.
Qualifications :
OSHA compliance knowledge.Associate degree minimum.Proficient in MS Office Suite.Valid CA driver's license and insurance.Bilingual (English / Spanish) highly preferred.Experience on safety teams; some leadership preferred.2-4 years EHS experience in manufacturing (not warehousing)Preferred Qualifications :
OSHA 30-Hour certification.Familiarity with ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001.Experience with EHS software systems.Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field.Agricultural / heavy equipment manufacturing experience.Benefits & Perks :
