• to lead our service department and drive operational excellence.
• What Youll Do :
• Manage and grow relationships with commercial and fleet clients
• Develop service strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
• Lead train and support service staff
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet service goals
• Identify new business opportunities and expand service capabilities
• What Were Looking For :
• Bachelors degree in Business Automotive Technology or related field (preferred)
• 5 years of automotive service management experience ideally in a commercial / fleet setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive results and manage budgets

$125000 - $175000 a year

Salary dependent on experience and performance. No cap on commissions.
