Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist will process vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders

Prepare weekly check runs and assist with payments

The Accounts Payable Specialist will reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Support the accounting team with general AP tasks

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist

Some related accounting or accounts payable experience

Must be a team player

Salary : $50-55k
