Scooper - Ice Cream Team Member

From our Honorable Order of Frozen Dessert Technicians to our Baristas to our Flavor Ambassadors, all of them work together to make the Microcreamery go. They are amazing individuals who have committed to the team and we could not be more excited to watch all of them grow with us and fulfill their potential in the future.

Pay Rate $15 -$17 including tips (Tips vary by week)

As a Scooper, you'll be an essential part of our guest's experience.

You'll be responsible for:

• Enthusiastically greeting guests as they enter
• Providing menu recommendations as needed
• Creating a wonderful experience for all those that enter our establishment
• Ensuring the workspace is clean and tidy at all times
• Additional tasks as required.

Ability to work all seasons including Fall & Winter * Must have reliable transportation * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights & weekends & possibly holidays * Solid customer service skills * Responsible, dependable, honest * Excellent verbal skills * Ability to stand & walk for extended periods of time * Must be fluent in reading, writing & speaking English * Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds * Positive attitude
