Job Description

As a Security Officer - Education Patrol Shift in Castle Hayne, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at an educational location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols of the premises, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service to staff, students, and visitors. You will also be responsible for using a vehicle to patrol the campus, as this is a driving post. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse community, respond to various security-related situations, and contribute to a positive atmosphere. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
