Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity exists for a skilled candidate to contribute to the educational development of students in an elementary school setting. This role focuses on addressing the needs of approximately 40 students, each with varying disability types, ensuring that all receive the support and guidance required for their communication skills.

Qualifications :

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, ideally within a school setting
  • Proficient in teletherapy practices
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with diverse populations and varying disability types

Location :

  • Jacksonville, AR

    • Responsibilities :

  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on individual needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students goals
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of therapeutic services and student outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP discussions
