Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1470 - $1570

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas or compact state

Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg RN experience in a hospital or clinical setting

Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment

Med / Surg RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical / Surgical unit

Monitor, assess, and document patient status, progress, and vital signs

Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Offer compassionate support and patient education to individuals and their families

Float to other hospital units as needed based on facility requirements
