• Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of manual software testing experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Experience testing web-based and / or desktop applications in Agile or Waterfall settings.
• Proficient in test management tools like HP ALM, TestRail, or Quality Center.
• Familiar with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies, including functional and regression testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Team-oriented with a proactive learning approach.
• ISTQB Foundation Level or similar QA certification is preferred.
