A busy hospital in Pearland, Texas, is seeking a NP / PA for locum coverage in the Emergency Department. This role offers 12-hour shifts with both AM and PM coverage in a supportive team environment with 24-hour physician supervision.

Duration : Up to 12 months

Shift : 12-hour shifts (AM and PM)

Staffing Model : 24-hour physician coverage, 36-hour APP coverage

Number of ER Bays : 1

Patients per Hour : Approximately 2

Patient Mix : Diverse

ED Admission Rate : 18%

Trauma Level : IV

Use of APPs : Only at triage during surge

Onboarding / Training : Meditech training and shadow shift(s) provided

Requirements :

Preferred 1-2 years of ER experience; new graduates accepted
