Field Security Supervisor
Metro One is a rapidly growing company currently hiring a Field Security Supervisor. We are looking for a strong supervisor to build a great client partnership who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the security operations of a specific client and will supervise a site or multiple field locations. This role ensures the safety of personnel, property, and assets, while enforcing company policies and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities :
Supervision : Manage and oversee 30+ Loss prevention security guards throughout several sites within the Los Angeles territory.Patrolling : Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to identify and correct security risks. Enforce Metro One LPSG Uniform Policy.Incident Management : Ability to issue verbal or document disciplinary warnings to Security Officers for attendance, uniform issues, etc. Respond to and document security incidents, accidents, or breaches.Training : Host weekly classes to train new hires to keep up with the demand. Train and mentor security staff on company protocols, emergency response, and communication standards.Reporting : Work closely with Performance Manager to exceed service levels and submit regular updates to security management.Coordination : Work closely with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.Compliance : Ensure all security operations comply with local laws, regulations, and company standards.Recruitment : Ability to interview in groups or 1 : 1s and make candidate selections based on the client needs. Participate in weekly hiring events with the Talent Acquisition team.Assist with all other operational needs with the Performance Manager.Skills and Qualifications :
Strong leadership and communication abilitiesKnowledge of safety and emergency proceduresAbility to manage teams and handle high-pressure situationsProficiency in report writing and incident documentationTechnical familiarity with technology, surveillance systems, alarms, and radiosRequirements :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent degree in criminal justice or security managementExperience : 35 years experience in security loss prevention, military or law enforcement - REQUIREDCertifications :Active Security guard licenseValid CA Drivers License
