Job descriptionABA Board Certified Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship Certified in Perioperative TEE Active CA license Passion for teaching and residency education 1099 status $2,640 / day guarantee for 8-hour weekly shifts (Monday- Friday) $850 weekday call stipend, $1500 weekend call stipend Approx. $700K + annual earnings (based on 40 hrs / week & 6 weeks o) Additional compensation for extra shifts Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Up to $50k sign-on bonus (3-year commitment) Up to $100k student loan forgiveness (4-year commitment) Relocation assistance Compensation subject to annual market review Largest hospital in Tulare County 613 beds | Level III Trauma Center | Stroke Center 8,200 surgeries / year | 300+ cardiac procedures 95k+ ED visits | 4,500+ deliveries Healthgrades : Top 50 for Cardiac Surgery 6 Residency Programs (including Anesthesiology) 6 residents per year | Teaching opportunities available Medical Students & EM residents rotate through the department “Gateway to the Sequoias” Centrally located between SF and LA Affordable housing 275+ sunny days a year Outdoor Recreation : lakes, parks, skiing, hiking, fishing

Kaweah Health is actively seeking a Full-Time Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our esteemed team in Visalia, CA. Elevate your career in a dynamic environment committed to clinical excellence and collaborative care.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide Anesthesia coverage for : Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular Surgery, Structural Heart, and Cath Lab
- May assist with : General, Ortho, Podiatry, ophthalmology, GYN, Plastics, Urology, Trauma, and L&D
- Resident supervision + independent cases
- 8-hour guarantee shifts on clinical days
- Cardiac home call (approx. 1 : 3 weekdays, every 3rd weekend)
