Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A leading retail pharmacy seeks a qualified Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations at their location in Cicero, NY. This direct hire opportunity offers a dynamic work environment with variable scheduling, including evening shifts as needed. Typical hours follow a 4x10 or 4x12 schedule (i.e., 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.).

Key Responsibilities :

• Register as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge with the state board of pharmacy.
• Ensure pharmacy pliance with federal, state, and board regulations as well as pany policies.
• Manage pharmacy operations to meet financial targets, including budgeting, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and third-party administration.
• Lead and develop pharmacy support staff through performance management, training, and accountability.
• Participate in munity outreach and business development activities.
• Provide patient-centered services such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs.
• Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication use, dosage, interactions, and side effects while monitoring patient progress.
• Maintain pharmacy and workstation cleanliness and organization in pliance with legal and pany standards.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety.
• plete required continuing education to maintain licensure.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
