Monday - Friday Combination of Clinical and Administrative Duties
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee all medical staff including Physicians, CRNPs, PAs, RNs, MAs, Dentists, Dental Hygienists and oversight of CRNP and PA collaboration.
- Participate in Governing Board and Executive Team meetings to report on clinical outcomes and provider performance.
- Establish clinical protocols, standards of care, and quality assurance systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation requirements (e.g., Joint Commission).
- Address provider-related complaints and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Participate in budgeting, financial decision-making, and strategic planning processes.
- Coordinate training, continuing education, and clinical supervision for all provider staff.
- Represent the organization in state / local medical societies and relevant associations.
Qualifications :
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.Board Certified or Board Eligible; must hold a valid Alabama medical license.Minimum 10 years of medical practice experience; 3-5 years in clinical leadership preferred.Eligible for hospital privileges and professional malpractice coverage.Benefits :
