Responsibilities

• Develop travel procurement strategies, manage hotel spending, and ensure smooth traveler experiences for our client’s travel program.
• Manage global hotel procurement projects from benchmarking analytics to strategy development to negotiation and implementation of hotel programs for large corporate clients.
• Lead strategic projects and manage hotel programs, including sourcing strategies, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams of experts and analyze data for optimization opportunities.
• Develop travel procurement strategies, manage hotel spending, and ensure smooth traveler experiences for the client’s travel program.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies with clients, lead price negotiations and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Work with sales in driving customer acquisition and retention while identifying growth opportunities for continuous innovation.
• Lead a team of up to 5 consultants and a business analyst in US and Brazil.
• Represent the company in industry events participating in panels to share knowledge and company value proposition.
• Up to 50% national or international travel to meet clients and project needs.

Compensation range : $160,000 to $170,000 per year
