General Function
The role is responsible for designing and implementing technology and software solutions as part of an agile squad. This includes participating in agile ceremonies and contributing to activities spanning architecture, design, development, and delivery. The position models software development best practices and supports communities of practice to refine, document, and promote development standards.
The role is accountable for managing risk by sharing ideas, raising concerns, and adhering to established policies and procedures. It requires a commitment to actions that support a positive customer and colleague experience. Within the organization’s defined risk appetite, the role contributes to results by identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks across all categories.
