Job description

Regal Staffing Services is currently hiring Manufacturing Assemblers for a reputable company located in the Dallas, TX 75247 area.

Shift & Pay :

  • 1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 45 PM (Monday–Friday).
  • Mandatory overtime may be required.
  • Pay Rate : $17.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assemble valves, flow control units, and hydronic system components using hand and power tools.
  • Align, fit, and fasten parts; install gaskets, O-rings, and fasteners as required.
  • Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience .
  • Skilled in using hand tools, torque wrenches, drills, and measuring devices.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Steel toe boots required.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic are essential.
