Shasta Regional Medical Center , a 226-bed acute care facility, is seeking a
dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician
to join our thriving hospital-owned multi-specialty group. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a supportive, community-focused environment with access to advanced resources and a strong emphasis on patient care.

Clinic Locations :
Anderson or Palo Cedro (1015 minutes from hospital)
Support System :
Medical Assistants and Scribes
Academic Opportunity :
Teaching available with in-house Internal Medicine Program
Schedule :
4-day work week (10-hour shifts)
Weekends : None
Call :
7+ days / month (shared among providers)
Visa Support :
J-1 sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation package with production bonus
Base salary : $230,000 $280,000 annually (negotiable) + productivity bonus (based on collections)
Health insurance : Self-funded EPO (HMO) at no cost to provider
