Facilities Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Real Estate Facilities Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility management services, including maintenance, budgeting, and operational planning

Manage internal staff and external service providers to ensure high-quality delivery of Real Estate services

Administer safety programs and serve as a 24 / 7 on-call contact for facilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred

5-10 years of equivalent experience in facilities or project management

Previous experience managing people and remote properties required

Experience in budget development and management of cross-functional projects

Industry certifications preferred (e.g., Real Estate License, BOMA, IFMA, PMP)
