Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth, efficiency, and profitability
• Collaborate with the executive leadership on financial goals and provide actionable insights
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and key metrics to inform strategic direction
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements
• Oversee all accounting functions and ensure timely, accurate financial statements
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability
• Maintain banking relationships and financing strategies
• Implement and uphold internal controls, financial policies, and risk management practices
• Drive improvements in the cash conversion cycle and overall financial processes
• Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team to elevate performance and capabilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must be local to Long Island, NY (relocation will not be offered) & must have experience within a manufacturing business.
