Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth, efficiency, and profitability

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Analyze financial performance, trends, and key metrics to inform strategic direction
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements
- Oversee all accounting functions and ensure timely, accurate financial statements
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability
- Maintain banking relationships and financing strategies
- Implement and uphold internal controls, financial policies, and risk management practices
- Drive improvements in the cash conversion cycle and overall financial processes
- Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team to elevate performance and capabilities

Demonstrated CFO or senior finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environmentProven expertise in financial transformation and operational enhancementHands-on leadership style with a strong focus on systems and team developmentExperience with ERP systems and financial data optimizationDeep knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, and cash managementStrong communication skills and the ability to influence executive decision-makingProactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvementMust be local to Long Island, NY (relocation will not be offered) & must have experience within a manufacturing business.
