Pay Rate : $1896.95 - $2078.57

North Carolina licensed PT needed for Home Health duties in Charlotte. 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm (Monday - Friday). 6 visits a day. There is not a max mileage to drive. The average is 60-80 miles a day. Mileage is reimbursed weekly. Minimum Years of Experience required : 1 year Home Health. North Carolina license, BLS and Driver's License and proof of Insurance required.
