This position oversees all company activities and manages the InSite staff on the customer site. Responsibilities :
Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priorityManage and coordinate the efforts and Health and Safety oversight of the Clean Harbors onsite employeesManage and track facility wide waste generation, storage, and disposalSchedule transportation and disposal of outgoing wastes as neededMaintain adequate levels of equipment for routine service needs and ongoing projectsScope special projects and provide estimatesAssist customers with compiling data necessary for completing the Generator's Annual Report and other required reporting functionsConduct facility wide compliance auditsMaintain communication between customers, drivers, and central logistics teamPromotes safety by ensuring that personnel have the appropriate personal protective equipment, work plans, and trainingUnderstand expected job profitability by scheduling and managing resources efficientlyFollow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations and rulesObserve all company environmental health and safety operating guidelinesPerforms other duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degreeAlternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeSkills :
Leadership and management skillsProficient in Windows based applicationsMust be a team playerStrong customer service skillsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsGood organizational skills, decisiveness and initiativeAbility to work with little or no supervisionAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyComputer skillsFamiliarity with EPA, DOT, NRC, and applicable state and local regulationsWorking knowledge of Profit and Loss managementWorking knowledge of SafetyClean Harbors Technical Services :
