We're looking for a versatile Hybrid Sales Representative who can manage both internal sales activities and external field-based customer relationships. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, identifying solutions, and wearing multiple hats across the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue targeted sales opportunities and rising markets
- Research customer accounts, analyze usage, and assess fit
- Understand product offerings and how they compare to competitors
- Manage quotes, pricing, and terms in collaboration with Sales & Customer Service
- Follow up on leads, close sales, and build strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and forecasting in CRM
- Conduct in-person visits, meetings, and product presentations
- Build and maintain face-to-face relationships with customers and prospects
- Identify product-related issues to propose solutions (engineer support as needed)
- Provide post-sale support and help resolve technical or service-related issues
- Gather customer insights and competitive feedback to support strategic growth
What You Bring
