Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Behavioral Health Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel 952386 Requested Skill Set : Ability to assess patients' mental health status, including recognizing signs of psychiatric disorders, substance use, and behavioral problems. This involves taking thorough patient histories, observing behavior, and using diagnostic tools. Care Planning : Developing individualized care plans based on the needs of patients with mental health and behavioral issues. This includes setting goals, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes. Medication Management : Administering psychiatric medications and monitoring for side effects or adverse reactions. Knowledge of psychotropic medications Must have : BLS, CPI 1 Year of experience Crisis Intervention : Providing immediate, short-term support to patients in crisis (e.g., suicidal ideation, aggression).
