Front of House Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations and ensuring an excellent dining experience. Responsibilities - Manage food and beverage operations
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Create menus while taking into account budget, customer demands, and availability of ingredients
- Hire, train, and manage staff
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Ability to help cover server & bartender shifts
Qualifications - High school diploma/GED
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
