Remote Member Services Representative
Pay Rate : $16.50 for monolingual, $17.50 for bilingual Spanish.
Job Description : We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our call center. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients by answering questions, assisting with plan selections, and guiding them through healthcare-related services under the Health Choices Program. Key Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Document all calls and interactions accurately in the system
- Provide clear, helpful information about healthcare services and behavioral health providers
- Guide callers through plan choices and plan transfer processes
- Refer callers to appropriate resources when necessary
- Participate in outreach and enrollment activities as needed
- Meet daily and monthly performance goals (KPIs)
- Adhere to call center scripts and compliance guidelines
- Report issues or concerns to supervisors promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious customer service experience (call center experience preferred)Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to follow scripts and adhere to program guidelinesComfortable working independently and as part of a teamProficient in data entry and using basic computer systemsBilingual (English / Spanish) a plus, but not requiredJob Type : Full-time
