Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LVN Nurse to join our team as a CNA Instructor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to preparing the next generation of Certified Nursing Assistants.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver comprehensive CNA training programs in accordance with state regulations.
• Evaluate student performance through practical and written exams, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records, including attendance and grades.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a high-quality educational experience.
• Stay current with the latest nursing best practices and incorporate them into the curriculum.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students.
