Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in DTC growth or performance marketing, preferably in fashion / apparel e-commerce
Expertise in GA4, attribution tools, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify / Magento)
Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance workflow and creative output
Ability to manage complex data sets and create actionable strategies
Experience with CRM / Email platforms and feed management tools
