Position Responsibilities :

• Generate interest in available commercial real estate space.
• Lease Open space Meet with potential tenants and tour open space with them.
• Follow up on potential tenant leads Perform background / credit checks on potential tenants to qualify them for space.
• Prepare proposals for leases.
• Prepare the necessary lease documents and perform tenants of our requirements and regulations.
• Assist with collection of security deposits and rents.
• Tenant relations.
• Keep tenants informed about any changes or necessary information.
• Address their concerns and complaints.
• Monitor and help maintain common areas.
• Notify of any maintenance needs.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
