We're searching for an exceptional Associate Dentist to join our well-established practice, Advanced DDS, in Garden City, NY . We're looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and personable candidate who places a premium on patient care as a driver of practice growth and possesses a compassionate and confident bedside manner, strong communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience is preferred.

Schedule : Part-time Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays
Fee-for-service and PPO
Fully digital, upgraded technology (CEREC, multiple milling and CEREC units, Cone Beam, etc.)
Specialty work done in office : Oral Surgery, General Anesthesia, Sedation
Active patient base : 3,250

Compensation for Full-Time Providers

Estimated salary : $175,000 to $200,000 / year

Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections

Education and Experience

Dental school graduate, GPR / AEGD preferred

3-5 years of clinical experience

Active dental license in state where direct clinical care is performed
