Training :

Orientation and onboarding provided by NYC Health + Hospitals

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum

2 years of acute care experience

in

Med-Surg, Maternal and Child Health, Critical Care, or Pediatrics

Current adult home health nursing experience

Strong ability to work independently and travel to patients’ homes

Education Requirements :

Required :

Associate Degree (ASN or ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program

Preferred :

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Certifications & Licensure :

Required :

Active

New York State RN License
