Lead Payroll Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate payroll data processing and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Support day-to-day operations of the U.S. payroll team, including various employee-related processes

Monitor and respond to cases via the Employee Service Center ticketing system

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience

Working knowledge of Workday Payroll

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Visio, Intermediate Excel)

Ability to build partnerships with key business stakeholders and work cross-functionally

Experience in a fast-paced, multi-national environment
