Role description :

Arcadis is seeking a Mechanical BIM Specialist to join our American Engineering and Design Team as we continue to grow our team of skilled BIM Managers throughout the United States.

Role accountabilities :

• Plan and allocate assigned project work to ensure timely delivery and effective resource utilization. Work collaboratively with internal Team members to ensure the integrity of the overall design or solution, as well as provide communication to related project members regarding the process, changes, and resolution of issues
• Will assist the Arcadis BIM and Mechanical department leads to help create Revit mechanical content and the development of BIM workflows
• Work with mechanical team members by troubleshooting issues, creating mechanical Revit families upon request, set- up discipline-specific BIM training, and attend daily MEP meetings

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
