Job descriptionCollaborate with functional leaders to identify pain points and opportunities for technology-driven improvements. Translate complex business requirements into intuitive data-driven tools and applications. Advocate for technology adoption to enhance decision-making efficiency and operational visibility. Work with developers and designers to conceptualize and build new software solutions. Analyze existing systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement. Define and document software requirements objectives deliverables and specifications. Assist in scoping scheduling and implementing software development projects. Design clean modern and user-friendly interfaces with a focus on usability. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to introduce innovative solutions. Proficiency in C# .NET and Blazor (Server / WebAssembly). Advanced SQL development skills including performance tuning and data modeling. Experience with RESTful API development and integration. Familiarity with DevExpress components and UI frameworks. Proven experience in Epicor ERP administration and customization. Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools and platforms (e.g. Azure AI OpenAI APIs) to enhance application functionality user experience or operational efficiency Experience with low-code / no-code platforms and AI-assisted development environments.

Job Description
Must have experience in C# SSRS and Blazor
Application Development & System Integration
- Develop and maintain custom applications using C# Blazor and DevExpress to extend ERP functionality.
- Create and document RESTful APIs for system integration and automation.
- Write and optimize SQL Server queries procedures and reports for efficient data access.
- Develop automation frameworks (e.g. MS Power Automate) to streamline operations
