Typical Day : On the phone for 100% of the shift scheduling individuals for physical therapy or diagnostic imaging appointments related to workers compensation. Will be speaking with workers, clinics and doctors offices.
Scheduling Coordinator :
In this role the employee will be expected to contact workers' comp claimants to assist with the scheduling of work comp diagnostic or outpatient therapy services. Employees will communicate with diagnostic imaging centers, outpatient therapy providers, work comp claimants and insurance carriers to ensure prompt scheduling of any diagnostic or outpatient therapy services. Streamline places a strong emphasis on customer service, employee production and accuracy. Employees will be expected to communicate with various customers via phone, email, fax and text while working out of multiple programs including Outlook

Must Have :
6+ months prior customer service experience in a professional environment
6+ month prior experience meeting set performance standards including production and quality.
45+ WPM typing
Must be located in Central or Eastern time zone.
Bilingual in Spanish
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA.
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 / hr.
