Software Deployment Analyst - Civil Construction Industry

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Software Deployment Analyst with proven experience supporting technology solutions in the civil construction industry. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of business software platforms, while providing valuable insights that drive efficiency and performance across project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support software deployments, upgrades, and integrations within construction operations, ensuring minimal disruption to field and office workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and finance teams to analyze system needs, identify improvements, and recommend solutions.
• Maintain, query, and optimize SQL databases to support reporting, troubleshooting, and system performance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and technical liaison for Viewpoint Spectrum (), or similar ERP / financial / project management platforms used in construction.
• Develop documentation, training resources, and user support guides to drive adoption of new systems and processes.
• Monitor data integrity and ensure compliance with internal standards and external requirements.
• Partner with IT and vendors to test, validate, and roll out system changes.
