At ARMA, people are our differentiator. The Operations Analyst Data Aggregation & Mitigation Support - Level 2 compiles information to help make decisions regarding military strategy. Responsibilities will include researching and modeling military systems performance and operations; developing analytical methods and tools to facilitate analyses; executing trade studies; performing data analytics & statistical analysis; and developing effective presentations that succinctly communicate results and findings.
Coordinate data aggregation & mitigation support with the DoD, the IC, industry, and academia.
Provides advanced analytical and technical support to projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design, or other efforts requiring military operations expertise.
Researches, identifies, and makes recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion.
Gathers, processes, and analyzes operational data.
Assists with the testing and development of new systems or updates to existing systems to meet client needs.
Identifies and recommends emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.
May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts.
May serve as a mentor to less experienced analysts.
May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager)
Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in supporting military operations.
Advanced knowledge of relevant technology and equipment.
Specific certifications or military education/training may be required, depending on job assignment.
Ability to serve as a technical team or task leader.
Works independently under limited supervision.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Associate Degree
Required Experience: 6+ years of related experience either Military or Civilian Equivalent
Security Clearance Level: Active TS/SCI clearance
Required Skills and Abilities:
Leadership Experience
Special Operations Experience
US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $81,600 - $110,400. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
